Chef Turners Birthday Bash  -A.K.A. - New Years Eve  

Course 1: Maine Potato and Virginia Ham Soup

Course 2: Little River Farm Greens Salad- marinated tomatoes, English cucumbers, crispy cheddar crackers  

Course 3: Roasted Exotic Mushroom Strudel- Truffles, Porcinis, Camembert cheese

Course 4: choice of

Beef Angliotti - Roquefort, Red Wine Demi glacé, caramelized leeks

Or Almond Crusted Gulf of Maine Fresh Cod- Butternut Squash Purée, Chervil Carrot Salad

Or Cherry Wood House Smoked Pork Loin- Local Cider Reduction and Brûlée apples

Or Spaetzle - Lemon Caper Sauce, Country Olives, Spinach, Tomatoes, Garlic

 Course 5: choice of

 Warm chocolate torte, caramel, white chocolate dust, gran marnier strawberries

 Or Lemon curd w grilled pound cake blueberry sauce and chantilly cream.

Now accepting tables reservations for two seatings - 5:30 and 7:45, call for a late seating preference. Tables of 2 , 4 or 6 available.  Five courses - $51 per person, tax, tip, beverages additional.
