Course 3: Roasted Exotic Mushroom Strudel- Truffles, Porcinis, Camembert cheese

Beef Angliotti - Roquefort, Red Wine Demi glacé, caramelized leeks

Or Almond Crusted Gulf of Maine Fresh Cod- Butternut Squash Purée, Chervil Carrot Salad

Or Cherry Wood House Smoked Pork Loin- Local Cider Reduction and Brûlée apples

Or Spaetzle - Lemon Caper Sauce, Country Olives, Spinach, Tomatoes, Garlic

Gorham is located almost mid point between the mega outlet shopping extravaganza of North Conway New Hampshire, Freeport Maine and Kittery Maine. And if those outlet and discount shops don't fit the bill, try the independent shopping community in the Old Port. Once you return to the Inn, we provide you with wrapping paper, tape, shipping boxes if needed and the all important glass of wine by fire.
